I feel plastic water tanks are better and cheap. If there are any damages to the plastic water tank, they can be repaired very easily. We can patch up the damaged area within no time and use it again.

Plastic water tanks are good as they are portable and easy to handle. However they get damaged very easily. We might have to purchase 2-3 plastic tanks instead of one concrete tank.

Yes, I agree with you. Most people do not know that they need to clean the water tank often. Due to that they'll lot of other problems. Some times the heater does not work and some times other water appliances stop working.
